Wendell P. Weeks | Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Wendell P. Weeks has served as Corning’s chief executive officer since April 2005 and chairman of the board since April 2007. He has been a member of the company’s board of directors since December 2000. As CEO, Weeks has focused on creating new growth drivers and building a bigger, stronger, and more agile company.

Dr. Jaymin Amin | Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Jaymin Amin was appointed senior vice president and chief technology officer in June 2022. In this role, Amin oversees Corning’s Research, Development, and Engineering functions. He is responsible for advancing the company’s innovation portfolio – creating important growth opportunities that stem from a complementary set of three core technologies, four proprietary manufacturing and engineering platforms, and five Market-Access Platforms (MAPs).

John Bayne | Senior Vice President & General Manager, Mobile Consumer Electronics

John Bayne was appointed senior vice president and general manager of Mobile Consumer Electronics (MCE) in April 2020. In this role, Bayne is responsible for the MCE Market-Access Platform, which includes Corning? Gorilla? Glass, Advanced Optics, and the Bendable Glass Program.

Stefan Becker | Senior Vice President, Finance & Corporate Controller
Principal Accounting Officer

Stefan Becker was appointed senior vice president, Finance, and corporate controller in December 2021. In this role, Becker leads the Operations, Staff, and Science & Technology Finance teams. In addition, he was named principal accounting officer in February 2022, leading the Accounting, Compliance, and Reporting team. Becker’s focus is on business partnership, talent development, and accelerating the digitalization of Finance to provide insight, drive growth, and deliver value for Corning.

Michael A. Bell, PE | Senior Vice President & General Manager, Optical Communications

Michael A. Bell, PE was appointed senior vice president and general manager, Optical Communications, in April 2020. In this role, Bell has end-to-end responsibilities for the Optical Communications Market-Access Platform, including Optical Fiber and Cable (OFC), Optical Connectivity Solutions (OCS), and Optical Commercial Operations (OCO).

Cheryl C. Capps | Senior Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer

Cheryl C. Capps was appointed senior vice president and chief supply chain officer in July 2020. Prior to this, Capps was senior vice president, Global Supply Chain. She is responsible for leading the Global Supply Management organization and providing executive leadership for the end-to-end global supply chain.

Martin J. Curran | Executive Vice President & Corning Innovation Officer

Marty Curran was appointed Corning’s first innovation officer in August 2012. In this role, Curran manages a portfolio of programs to increase the probability of success for new business opportunities. The innovation office was created to build an entrepreneurial-focused organization that could operate across all business segments to identify and develop near-term revenue opportunities. Over time, expectation is to streamline the innovation process where appropriate.

Dr. Jeffrey Evenson | Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer

Jeff Evenson was appointed executive vice president in 2018 and has served as chief strategy officer since 2015. In this role, Evenson oversees Corporate Strategy, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability.

Li Fang | President & General Manager, International

Li Fang is president and general manager International, Corning Incorporated. In this role, Li Fang is responsible for leading both of Corning International’s units while partnering with Market-Access Platform and corporate leaders to deliver strategic growth plans, ongoing business and financial performance, and staff functional initiatives.

Robert P. France | Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Robert P. France was appointed senior vice president, Human Resources, in June 2019. Prior to this, he was vice president, Human Resources. He is responsible for leading the global Human Resources function to deliver on business requirements.

Lawrence D. McRae | Vice Chairman & Corporate Development Officer

Larry McRae is vice chairman and corporate development officer. In this role, McRae implements strategies related to Corning’s business portfolio, partner agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also responsible for managing Government Affairs.

Anne Mullins | Senior Vice President & Chief Digital & Information Officer

Anne Mullins was appointed senior vice president and chief digital and information officer in August 2019. In this role, Mullins is responsible for leading the strategic direction of Corning’s global Information Technology function and evolving the company’s digital footprint. Her responsibilities include driving operational stability at market-competitive costs, evolving technology capabilities to advance Corning, and realizing the vision defined in the Information Technology 2025 strategy.

Eric S. Musser | President & Chief Operating Officer

Eric Musser is Corning’s president and chief operating officer. As COO, Musser is responsible for leading Corning’s five Market-Access Platforms to deliver on operating objectives, financial performance targets, and Corning’s Strategy and Growth Framework. Musser focuses on execution across all areas of operations to enhance collaboration and integration, focus on our customers’ needs, and maximize market opportunities. Musser continues to lead Corning’s international regions as well as the Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Safety functions.

Avery (Hal) Nelson III | Senior Vice President & General Manager, Automotive

Avery (Hal) Nelson III is senior vice president and general manager, Automotive. In this role, Nelson has end-to-end responsibilities for the Automotive Market-Access Platform, which includes Corning Environmental Technologies (CET) and Automotive Glass Solutions (AGS). Nelson also has responsibility for identifying and developing new products and business opportunities in automotive-related markets.

Edward A. Schlesinger | Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Edward Schlesinger was elected executive vice president and chief financial officer in February 2022. Schlesinger is the chief steward of Corning’s financial health, overseeing the Finance and Investor Relations functions.

Lewis A. Steverson | Executive Vice President & Chief Legal & Administrative Officer

Lewis Steverson is executive vice president and chief legal and administrative officer. Steverson manages all legal matters for Corning and advises the CEO, the Board of Directors, and the Senior Leadership Team on all legal issues. In addition to the Law Department, Steverson manages Aircraft Operations, Global Health Services, Global Security, Workplace Services, Office of Racial Equality and Social Unity (ORESU), Corning Enterprises, Community Engagement, and the Department of Archives and Records Management. Steverson further oversees the Office of the CEO, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Corporate Functions Review.

Ronald L. Verkleeren | Senior Vice President & General Manager, Life Sciences

Ronald L. Verkleeren is senior vice president and general manager, Life Sciences. In this role, Verkleeren has end-to-end responsibilities for the Life Sciences Market-Access Platform, including Corning Pharmaceutical Technologies (CPT) and Corning Life Sciences (CLS). He also has responsibility for identifying and developing new products and business opportunities in related markets.

John Z. Zhang | Senior Vice President & General Manager, Display

John Z. Zhang is senior vice president and general manager, Display. In this role, Zhang has end-to-end responsibility for the management of the Display Market-Access Platform at Corning, including Corning Display Technologies, Corning Precision Materials, and High Performance Displays. Zhang is also in charge of identifying and developing new products and business opportunities in display-related markets.
